Quilt, God, Anchor

This is the set of 4 cards that I made for today's Inspiration challenge on SCS.  They have many layers because I wanted them to look like quilt squares.  I layered the squares onto the scallop edged rectangles after seeing that when I used them the designer paper was noticed more.

This was the inspiration I used for my cards.  Pretty huh?  These 4 cards will be added to the ones I'll donate to Cleveland Clinic Hospice at Home next week.  I donate between 100 and 150 cards per month. So many times I'm making multiples of cards.  My MISTI sure makes that easy.
This was the verse on my blog today.  I love to find images for them and add them here to hopefully encourage readers and myself.

This verse is very important for women.  We constantly compare outselves to others.  We also think about how we look, what we should eat, and worry about the outside when we should be caring for the inside......We're virtuous women worth more than rubies.  Believe it, it's true!

Not only do we compare ourselves to others, we share so many more words with the world, just because we're female.  In order to be worth more than rubies we must watch what we say and continue to be refilled with God's Holy Word.  We are here to please God in what He's planned for our life.  Have you found your mission here on earth?  If you ask, God will provide his mission for you.

Here's a song called, Anchor by Colton Dixon.  God's our anchor.......

Blessing of the Day:I got to rest today.  It was a pajama day. I made cards, read a book, sat on the back porch and took a nap.  I never take naps.
Thank you for visiting here.
Blessings,
