Back To The Studio Tour

 Hey Everybody,

I'm back with more pictures of my studio. Today I'm showing my desk, the command center of my Stampin' Up business and all of my Card Ministries.

The first picture shows the main area of my desk. This is where I create cards, learn new techniques, watch videos to learn paper folds and do my daily challenges from Splitcoaststampers.

This is the top drawer which houses small notepads, gum, hand sanitizer, office supplies and all of my heat embossing supplies plus my little desk vacuum.

My middle desk drawer has mostly adhesives. The front has mint tape, tear and tape as well as dimensionals. Behind that are my tape runners. Next comes my washi tape with my cutting blades behind that. In the back on the left are boxes of refills for my tape runners.

On the right I have glue, water pens and brushes, Wink of Stella, blender pens, sparkle mist and puffy paint. Next are my spritzers then foam strips

You will notice these have dividers so I can change these around if I want to. All of these drawers were made this way, so I could decide what I wanted to store and how much room I'd need.

The bottom drawer has baby wipes, daubers, cases of colored daubers, notebook of stamp sets and notebook of Stampin' Up papers and ink samples for customers. I have my ATG adhesive gun, cleaners, foam rectangles and cloths in the back.

This is where I sit. I have my computer screen and a pull out drawer with my keyboard and mouse. I have a phone stand and next to it is my mug warmer. When I have coffee I put it there and cover it with the green rubber piece. It is really a tea bag squeezer but works well to cover my mug. I have a light with two arms that move together or apart. They also bend lower or higher.  The white carousel is and old one from Pat Catans or Michaels. I really like it. I keep my silicone mat out for gluing and the blue rectangle is a piece of  sticky silicone which is made to hold your phone in the car. I use it to hold my ink pads when I stamp.

Well, what do you think? A lot of hours went into planning this and constructing it. I think my hubby did a fantastic job!  I know how lucky I am let me tell you.

There will be a phase 2 of this project. Once Tim has his workroom in the basement cleaned and organized again, he'll begin to tackle Phase 2.  Phase 2 will include better storage for my markers, ink refills and Stampin' Write markers. I am working with the small holders I have now and see if they still fit my needs.

I have a tray for my Copic refills that Tim will remake so I can put more refills in it.

I've got to get some sleep. I have to get up very early to get across town to take Mia to preschool. I also get to read to her class for story time.  Then I'll bring her back home and drop her off to spend the day with her Mama and baby Silas.

Thanks for stopping by today.
Blessings,
Sue
