Pomegranate Lilacs For You

Here's my attempt at making SC144. I have a hard time using striped paper so I challenged myself to do that as well. It's been a very productive day here in Cleveland Ohio. Wish I could say the same for Our Indians. They lost the third game so they'll be playing in Yankee's Stadium again tomorrow night. Sigh.........oh well.....what are ya gonna do?
I continue to like these lilacs and stamping off with the pomegranate was how I made it lighter. My Card Ministry will hold it's second stamping night this Friday night. We need to make Congratulations cards and some Thanksgiving cards for shut-ins. I'm going to make some more sympathy cards as well. I need to make them a little more difficult this time and see how these ladies do stamping assembly line style. We finished 80 cards last month in 50 minutes. I'm thinking two-step stamping and maybe heat embossing. We'll see what I come up with.
