Color and Layout Challenges

I'll tell you what would we do without Splitcoast Stampers? I get so many wonderful ideas from that site. I have to thank Hope for that little tidbit of information. She got me started on that site and look at me now. (I think she told me about it so she wouldn't be the only one buying all this stamping stuff! LOL)
I made two cards today since I was off from school. The color challenge was pink and green. I wasn't sure how it would look as a Christmas combo but I like it. Now without SCS I'd never have put pink and green together for Christmas. What do you think? I had fun with the punches too. Different background stamps for the Joy card. I can't remember when the last time was I used a bg stamp, so I used two on this card!
We went to a Thanksgiving Eve praise and worship service which was awesome! I can't believe how energized I feel now just singing praises for an hour. It really made us all thankful to have a church to go to on the Eve of a nationally recognized day to give thanks. We thanked God for our salvation and for His son's life exchanged for mine. Everything else seemed of no consequence compared to that.
