I have had some fun with the rub-ons from SU. I used them on this cute bottle my upline gave me. I filled this with hugs and kisses candies and added it to a basket for the fund raiser. The cups also went into a basket to be donated. I was going to stamp on them, but then saw the rub ons and thought the black would look great. I'm not sure if I should put a sealer of some sort on these or not. What do you think?
Our basement has been sized with sizing for wallpaper. The trim paint went on tonight. I'm thinking wallpaper tomorrow and the carpet guy comes Friday. Woohoo we'll have a basement for the weekend! (I hope!) DH is going to be home Friday to watch the carpet man then wallpaper.

I can't believe that being home all day I didn't stamp at all! When my daughter came home from school and asked if I had stamped and I said, "No," she knew I was sick!! I stamped this simple card for today's sketch challenge. I really like this new designer paper.
Time for sleep I think. Be well until we meet here again.
You know that when I told my kids their dad and I made decisions based on prayer and being held accountable to God for raising them, they just don't know what to make of it. It's interesting to watch them process that.........no arguments just lots of quiet after I said that. I know this is so unlike the world today. I keep reminding my kids that we're God's and have to live for him not the world. That's just so darn hard whether you're a kid or an adult! Bless you.

Feel better soon. You've made me like the rub-ons.
You must really not be feeling well! I hope you feel better soon. I love how the garden silhouettes stamp goes perfectly with the ginger blossoms paper!
And I love what you did with the rub ons!
Sorry you're not feeling well. Hope you're up and at 'em soon.
I love the comment you made to the kids about raising them! Its wonderful. Its definitely not a cop out for you, on the contrary. Its clearly a "don't mess with our decisions, we've got higher authority" towards the kids, but without the attitude. It is a gem!
AMEN to your "accountability" comment! *wink* Sorry to hear you've been under the weather, BUT should've known to call when you were on my mind! *smile*
In regards to "sealing" the rub-ons? I'd think a food safe sealer would be necessary so they don't "rub-off" with frequent dishwashing! They're lovely!
HUGS :)
