It's been a while since I've posted continuously. I've had a busy life between being a special education teacher with some state reports due, plus report cards and progress reports. Then I had to prepare for my once a month Card Ministry gathering last night. I also said I'd make up about a half-dozen samples for a gal who is in the American Sign Language group at church. She asked if I'd make some cards for her to show her group. It was neat because they used the sign language signs for Thank You, Love and Excellent. Wouldn't you know I forgot to photograph them! UGH...oh well.
Here is the card we made for the shut-ins this month in the Card Ministry. I wanted something brighter for this time of year. Seems like there's not much sun in Ohio so anything that is bright and will lift their spirits is good.
We had 10 people making cards. We made 80 cards in 2 hours. I really enjoy this time with other ladies that love to stamp. We also have time to share cards that people have made and brought to share. I like that part too.
Please pray for me that I can yield to my husband on a decision he'd like us to make. It's so hard as a Christian wife to yield a decision to my DH when we don't disagree. It's got my stomach in a knot, but I know I have to trust him and trust God on this one.
Blessings to you and thank you for your visit.
This is a place where I can share my love of family, stamping and the Lord.

You have my prayers. I love the idea of a Card Ministry. My SU demo does that, too, but our church doesn't have anything like that.
