Long Time No Blog!

You've got to check out Leslie's blog to see her cute, cute, cute baskets!
http://leslierich.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/
I made this quickly using her directions and found that this little basket also accommodates 4 mint patties. I decorated the mint patties and the top one almost looks like a top for the basket. This is super cute and oh so easy to make! Thanks Leslie, I know I'll be making more.

This is my second card for this challenge. I used muted pinks from a magazine that had tiny hearts on them. I used Ginger Blossoms paper with black borders. The flowers have black behind them as well. I added little clear dew drops to the flower centers. The ribbon was threaded through the card to make loops then the saying was put on top with dimensionals.

This is a card we'll be making at our Card Ministry Friday. These are Stampscapes stamps that I've used. I used the same stamp for the water and the sky, just turned the stamp upside-down. I like the cattails on the words, they were stamped off once with moss ink then cocoa marker for the brown. Let me know what you think......too plain?

This is a card my group will make for Card Minstry Friday. I need these to be simple enough for beginners to want to do part and involved enough to look nice. What do you think?
Stampscapes stamps were used to build the scene. The bottom was sponged with cocoa and brocade blue inks. The trees were stamped off to give the effect of trees farther back.

I have been so busy this week with 5 card designs for the Card Ministry, and a woman asked me to make some cards using ASL stamps and Stampin Up stamps. They came out so cute and guess what? I was in such a hurry to get them to her, I forgot to photograph them! UGH!
Well, it's been a busy day, so I'm off to sleep then start my weekend.
May God continue to watch over you and guide each and every step.
Blessings,

I had started on this post when it first came out, but left to view the link on that adorable basket you made and forgot to come back!. I really like that basket! What a cute gift. The cards too are great. I think the pink ginger blossoms are my favorite with the black border. Very pretty! Love the clear dew drops in the center.
