Day Off To Shovel and Clear Out Parking Lots And Sidewalks

I can't believe we have today off. I got a call last night while I was exercising that we had the day off. There was so much snow that it wouldn't be cleared from driveways, sidewalks and parking lots, in time for school..........my kids sure had long faces when they had to march out the door to the school bus.
I've been busy trying to make some simple cards for the Card Ministry to make Friday. I know the bibs should be scooped a little bit more, but we have many pastors that have to signs these so I'm trying to give them as much room on the inside as possible.

This is my card for the Splitcoast Challenge today which was Faux Cloisonne.
I've usually done this with dark papers but love the look I got using blue. This is also the first time I've done this with the crystal effects on the flowers too I like the effect.

Isn't this cool? I have a signature now........I went to mylivesignature.com to make it. Have fun, you can do this too.
I thank you for visiting here today. I am praying that you continue to visit and enjoy the gifts God has given to you. Until our next visit..........hugs.

Very cute bib cards. What a great idea to give out for the card ministry. I really like your faux Cloisonne too. Very pretty with the flowers and the repeat flower print in the background.

All your cards were SO pretty today. As well as your signature. ;)

LOVE the cute bib cards my friend! However... the COLORS for the boys is definitely a fav! {wink}

Your "embrace life" card is a beauty as well! I'm seeing all of these "signatures" at the bottom of posts? How did you do it? By the way... need to chat with you about the "ministry of cards" for a better understanding for my own consideration! {wink}

{HUGS} :)
