Heart Warming to Serve

Have to tell you that our Ronald McDonald evening was just heart warming. To see fellow workers in a new light was wonderful. To have so many pull together to give to others is an incredible feeling. To be able to serve others is what it's all about.
Plenty of food and fellowship was there. People were amazed at the abundance of food and the extra-special touch of pre-made thank you cards for their use, and a stamping tablet activity for all who wanted to participate. To say we were proud is an understatement. I praise God for allowing us to serve others in His name.
My son who is 13 is on his way to Pittsburgh for his first missions trip. We'll see how God uses him. He won't be home until 11 p.m. but I can't wait to hear about his experience.
This morning I was up early to get Ben to church by 7 a.m. so I was able to do the inspiration challenge on SCS. It is a fun challenge. This card is on its way to a friend I met through SCS. She is facing medical issues so I hope it will cheer her up.

Here are 4 cards that are 3 1/2" square for Friday's challenge. I loved using passion pink and brilliant blue for this set of cards. I haven't used watercolor minis in so long but love 2-step stamping so I stamped a strip and cut it to fit these cards.

I'm just getting around to using this stamp. I love chocolate anything so I stamped a piece of chocolate pie with whipped cream. I added some copper ep on top while the cream was still warm. Looks good enough to eat to me!

Enjoy your Saturday whatever it brings your way. God's always there right next to you.
Blessings and Hugs,

I've been missing your posts and have lots to catch up. As always you've been so productive. I love these cards you made. That Changito is such a cutie and I love what you did with the pie for the chef. Great job.
