Gifts and Card Ministry

This has been a very busy week and it's only Tuesday! I made this bag to hold the gifts for my upline who had a birthday Saturday. I planned so well for this really I did. I had it all ready to go to church Sunday and had talked to her so I knew she'd be there and guess what? I forgot my bag! URRGH! I was so upset, but not upset enough to drive home and get it. It's a bag I got at Hollo's, a paper store in Brunswick. I stamped on it and on some tissue paper and put everything into the bag. Easy Rappin'.

The next card is an anniversary card. I know the turquoise is an unusual color for a heart, but I wanted to try something different. The cool part of this card is that the background stamp has the vows on it. I stamped in turquoise craft ink then embossed with clear ep. I'm not sure what I would change, but I made this for Card Ministry Friday. If you have any suggestions let me know. I start cutting paper Wednesday or Thursday night.

This next card is another anniversary card for Card Ministry. I wanted something simple and easy. We'll see how we do with this Friday, there's a little bit of free-hand cutting for the hearts..

Here are the 3 cards I did for my kid's lady teachers for teacher appreciation week. These will go with the bags of candy.

These are the 4 cards I did for the male teachers my kids have. This is for teacher appreciation. Each will get a card and a stamped bag of candy. Nothing beats chocolate in my book!
