This is a CASE of the card in the sample for this technique card. My upline was so nice as to cut the paper for me and put together a set for this technique for the card that opens upwards and sideways. This card opens upwards.

This is for Holly's sketch challenge today. I used apple cider dp for the bg and oval. Wasabi was used for the card base. My favorite coast to coast lighthouse was used for the image which was colored with a blender pen and reinkers. I used the twine and the eyelets to divide the card a bit. Thanks Holly for the challenge.

This was done for Sharons stamp simply challenge. This is my favorite image colored with watercolor crayons and an aqua painter. The cuttlebug pattern was inked with bordering blue then put through the machine. I am sending this to a friend as encouragement for a big eating change she has to do. The verse is printed from the computer.

This is such a LOUD color combo for me that it was VERY HARD. But I took the challenge and got it done. My scallop circle and scallop edge punches helped a lot.

This is for Jacksonbelle's challenge to use pink and black as well as faux stitching. The corners on each square have 'L' shaped stitching. I used kind thoughts stamps on pink pirouette paper. The black flowers were embossed with black ep then colored with a blender pen and ink from a lid. The scallop circle punch was used to cut out the flowers. They were mounted on a black scallop square. I used the scallop punch to make the double edge on the card. Eyelets complete the look.

This is for SC187. When I saw this I immediately thought of the paint chips I had. I stamped Thomas Kinkade in chocolate chip ink then sponged over it in coral and pumpkin. Then I used my sanding block and sanded some of the color off. I distressed the edges with my distressing tool. I also put the caramel base through the cuttlebug. I used Afternoon Tea design paper on this as well.

This was a fun challenge done for TLC179 Blintz Base. I am doing a little more origami folding for card making these days so this was pretty easy. I can't wait to experiment with different papers for different looks. I used pomegranate card stock and berry bliss paper. This hippo is so cute. she is colored in watercolor crayons with an aqua painter then sponged with pretty in pink around the hippo. Eyelets were added and the saying using the large oval punch has a dimensional under it.

This is a CASE of the card in the sample for this technique card. My upline was so nice as to cut the paper for me and put together a set for this technique for the card that opens upwards and sideways. This card opens sideways.

This is for Jenn's black and white challenge today. I have to tell you Jenn that when I first started it got the white stamped on the black then just sat and looked at your picture, then my paper, and back and forth. Then it hit me to use this stamp set. I stamped each color and cut right down the middle. I mounted the colors on the opposite color then onto the black paper. I added celery ribbon in the corner as well as eyelets and a little clear bead with stickles under it.

This was for a monochromatic challenge where I used different shades of pinks. Isn't this little thing cute? She is from a stamp line called Magnolia which is sold in the UK. It is coming to the states as well.

This is for ways to use it 176. I cut a circle out of a paper then used blossoms abound inside the circle to make the wreath. I used the stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the verse inside. I didn't have amethyst ribbon so I dyed some in a snack bag with water and reinker.

This was a double challenge making a flap card and distressing a card. I used my new SU paper and did faux stitching on the flap card. I also distressed the edges by using my distressing tool.
I also used my new stamps for the words. When I saw this new stamp I wondered how it would look if I used a marker to color in Christ instead of stamping the whole word, Christmas. I like it with the addition of the small heart as well.

This is shiny cardstock with pacific blue and navy blue sponged over it after embossing in white ep was done. I added stitching for Julia's challenge and added eyelets and words.

This is for two challenges:LSC178 and Taylor's Friday challenge. My chef was inked with black brilliance ink then I used iridescent ice ep. The cupcake was made with the scallop circle punch and the tab punch. Choc chip ink was dtp'd to the image cardstock. Cupcake and birthday greeting were added with dimensionals.

This is for CC177 working with coral, sand and white. I knew what I wanted to do right away for this challenge. That doesn't usually happen. I used priceless swirls in versa mark that were covered with white ep. Then I punched out the scalloped circles and butterflies and put them together. The center butterfly was stamped a second time and cut out then mounted with dimensionals. The three scallop circles were punched around the edges then I used silver cord to attach them together. They are all mounted on dimesionals.

This is for Jen's sketch challenge for the Dare to Get Dirty 08 challenges. I used Afternoon Tea design paper for my squares. Choc. chip paper is behind the green sqaures and guava paper is behind the 5 squares. I used Pricess stamps for the images. The images on brown and guava are embossed using white ep. Eyelets were inserted in the centers of all the flowers. Thanks for a fun challenge JEn.

This is for Kittie's Dare to Get Dirty Challenge, to make a scene. Here is my cute little girl standing in a pond with reeds behind here. This is a paint card with three colors of blue. I sanded the names and number off the card then sanded the whole card both ways like in faux linen. I then stamped my stampscapes stamps on the paint chips. The little girl is watercolored and mounted on dimensionals. Thanks Kittie, at first I was intimidated, but once I decided to use this little girl, it was easy!

This was a big challenge for me Amy. Long is NOT me. I used the transparency to cover my words and stamped the small flowers in white on it. The large white images were embossed with white ep on eggplant cardstock for the background. The wreath was made using amethyst and eggplant and blossoms abound.
Thank you for staying with me during this long, long post. Tomorrow I hope to have more cards done and show you some pictures from vacation.
Bless you for coming to visit.

Wow! Where do I begin. They're all good! I especially like the twine and background on the lighthouse one. The monochromatic black & white one is beautiful but I think my favorite is the paint chip one. I didn't realize it WAS a paint chip and usually those are very obvious. Plus, the watercoloring you did on the little girl is very well done. Great job Sue
Wow, you sure have been busy, busy, busy! I especially like the flap card and the mirror image black and white - nice work!
Words cannot describe what I can say about all of the cards. They are beyond beauty!
Gosh! All your cards are so beautiful. You should be little more gentle with us, that much beauty all at once can't be good... Or, is it? Either way, these are gorgeous!
Beautiful cards...that last one is just darling.
