This morning my kids got up early and prepared a monumental breakfast while I slept and brought it all upstairs to surprise me! Here's a picture of what they made. Breakfast was: scrambled eggs, chocolate chip pancakes, blueberry pancakes, french toast and of course chocolate milk! YUM-YUM in my TUM!
I gotta tell you I felt so loved this morning! It brings tears to my eyes that God would know the exact time I need something like this in my life and provide it from my kid's heart to mine! We serve an AWESOME God!

This is my July verse for the Bible challenge. I am working on eating and exercising so this is something that will help me in that way. It is a double challenge as I made it with today's color challenge colors, guava, banana and choc chip. The coffee drink has white liquid applique on it and while it's wet I drizzle a bit of copper embossing powder onto it. Then I heat the liquid applique and it puffs up and the ep adheres to it. It looks like chocolate on whipped cream!
This goes on my Scripture box which sits right next to me in my stamping area. I figure I spend so much time there, it's a great place to be reminded of what I'm studying and memorizing.

We had a major thunderstorm roll through here with winds to 55 mph. It's a good thing the pool toys were strapped down. The chairs walked across the deck, but none jumped into the pool.
I'm just glad we didn't get the hail they were talking about. It lasted for about 30 minutes then moved on. I'm glad we weren't out in that storm.
DD had horseback riding lessons and got a very lazy horse named Timmy. He was quite a challenge tonight. He didn't want to move faster than a walk. DD worked so hard trying to get that animal to move.........she was discouraged so gotta go spend some time with her and give her some TLC.
Thanks for dropping by.
