Carpet Tomorrow and Stamping Challenges For Me!

This is Ben's room with the light blues and the border at the top. He will have Cleveland Indian's items in his room. Tomorrow we'll have carpet and we'll play, Build A Room, and get things back into the room. We just have to figure out where to put the things! LOL

Here's Sarah's room. The orange and blue have been brought together by the baseball border and the navy curtains. We can't wait to have the carpeting in the rooms tomorrow. We have taken everything out of their rooms and have them all over the upstairs wherever they will fit. We all can't wait to have the carpeting done and things back into rooms like they belong. We shopped for desks for their rooms and have one which we'll put together tomorrow. The other desk is due to arrive Monday or Tuesday. This has definitely been a lesson in patience.

to see how to make this cute accordion file box. I must say, without the video demonstration, this would have been much harder to do. This is the outside of the box. I used Cutie Pie paper as well as celery and bashful blue papers. The outside has pomegranate ribbon to accent the box.

This is a card I made for two challenges; the inspiration challenge and the limited supply challenge. You had to make an ATC card and be inspired by a picture. Here's my take on the challenge.
The image is stamped in versa mark and embossed with white ep. I sponged the background color using ballet blue. The flower and stem were colored with a blender brush and ink from the lid of garden green and ballet blue. After it was colored, I re-heated the ep and wiped it clean so it would come off. The hearts are colored with Pink Pirouette ink and cut from a scalloped circle punch. The center of the butterfly is silver ink.

This is another ATC I've completed for a double challenge. The image was stamped with versamark, then white ep was added. The flower was colored with bashful blue and blender pens from bashful blue and garden green.

I really enjoyed making the ATC cards here. That size is so cute to work with. It also doesn't take nearly as long to make a card that small. I enjoyed using the markers and blender pen to make the color on these.
Tomorrow we can begin ordering from the new Catalog!! woohoo can't wait. I'm sure I'll be waiting a long time with every other demonstrator trying to order!
Bless you for your visit.

You're getting closer with the kids' bedrooms. They'll be nice when they're done.

Nice job with the accordian file.
