A Long Day But Ended So Very Well

Today it was hard getting into the routine at work after being out two days. I came across this on FB.
Then I found the song it's from.  Seems to fit the season I'm walking in right now.
This helped me today.  I hope it helps you.

A Confident Heart by Renee Swope
When doubt tells you - you’ll never change. Throw away that doubt and tell yourself the truth: You can be confident of this, He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion
until the day of Christ Jesus. (Phil. 1:6)

Jesus, when self-doubt tells me I can’t overcome my insecurities, help me believe Your promise that all things are possible to her who believes. I want to turn Your commandment into my commitment: I will not throw away my confidence for it will be richly rewarded. I will persevere through my doubts so that when I have done the will of my God, I will receive what You have promised. Because my confidence is in Christ, I am no longer a woman who shrinks back and is destroyed, but one who believes and is saved! In Your Name I pray, Amen. Mark 9:23; Hebrews 10:35–36, 39. {@A Confident Heart, Chapter 1 and 12}

I got to play a bit yesterday and made this for the Free For All on SCS.  You had to make a tent topper.  This is a card where the image goes beyond the card.
The second one is one that I made for today's Inspiration challenge. You look through the website that is picked then you make a card which was inspired by something you saw on the website.  Here's what inspired me.

I received some more beautiful cards today. This card is from my dear friend Jane.  Thank you Jane, you made the sun shine today for me.
This is a card from my church.  The funny thing about this card is I designed it and made it with the Card Ministry!
This is from a lady named Rita who participates in challenges on SCS.  Thank you Rita.
This is from Dorothy on SCS.  She plays the challenges as well.  Thank you Dorothy.
Last night I went to something our church has just for ladies called, Simply Worship.  It is two hours of singing and praying just for ladies.  It is an amazing time with God.  You can do what you want.  You can sing, journal, pray with others, just pray on your own, just enjoy being with God.  It is an amazing time.  I'm so glad I went. So many sisters in Christ that love on ya and with God send you home refreshed and ready to face the challenges of life.

Today we will go to the cemetery for the private burial service for my MIL.  Then we will go to dinner as a family.  Thank you to all who have prayed for our family.  May God Richly Bless You.
Blessing from yesterday: Simply Worship where I could lay it all down and let God pick it up.
Blessings,
