More News and More Stamping

Today we found out that Tim's mom needs a pacemaker for her heart. She will have to have that surgery before she goes anywhere. She can't get out of bed without her heart rate dropping. So sometime in the coming week she'll have that surgery. We're praying that when she needs a room at the rehab center dad liked, one will be there. They won't hold a room. I have to be reminded that God is in Control......not me.

I got to go to Hollo's Paper Store this morning. I only needed white paper and glossy cardstock. Tim went with me since he needed more rocks for his new fish tanks......I know, he didn't need new tanks anymore than I need new stamps! Good thing we both have a hobby huh? I have to share the cards that were received for Summit Point, an assisted living that I make cards for. SCS has been having a card drive this month for Summit Point. I've received 72 cards so far. Praise God for all the talented ladies who have made cards and sent them. Here are some from Deb Pollack.  Thank you so much Deb for this wonderful assortment of cards.
I loved this card and wondered what the residents would think of this. tee-hee.
Check this out.
I have to tell you how God worked last night.  I took a month off from Card Ministry so we needed to make a lot of cards for the church to use.  I had 7 different cards to make, 75 of each.  That's 175 cards.  I packed them and wondered if we'd be able to make them all in two hours.  God is sooooo good.  He sent 20 ladies to help make cards!!!  We made 175 cards in 1 hour and 15 minutes!  Can you believe that?  I had many first-timers and three who we hadn't seen in over a year.  God answered my prayers better than I ever thought it could be!  He continues to amaze me with how much he loves me.
How about another song tonight?  Can you use one as much as me?  Take a listen to this one by Jason
Gray.  Listen to the words, they sure rang true for me.  Maybe it will be the same for you.

I did get to stamp a bit today.  Here is a card I made for the inspiration challenge on SCS.
Here are two cards I made while Jane was here today.  I was looking through my stamps and found some more old stamps.  Here they are colored with Copic markers.
Well, it's time to get to sleep.  I have some Card Ministry cards to show you tomorrow.
Bless you for stopping here.  I love hearing from you when you do.
