The plants are in place, now they just have to be put into the ground. We got deer resistant plants according to the greenhouse. However, we'll see if the deer agree.....we'll see how many are there in the morning! (Not funny)
Everyone is hard at work. I was helping too in between taking pictures.
Here is the card I made for the featured stamper challenge today on SCS. I love this little Inky Antics character. The bubbles are colored with 3-D lacquer in a tube. The image was colored with markers. The ribbon is old, old, old, so old I don't know where I bought it. The nestabilities die cut was used with the white layer . The other two layers I cut by hand so they'd be thinner than using a die cut.
Today's weather was beautiful. We had a non-traditional dinner, Chinese sweet and sour chicken.
It was a great day overall, even if I did have to do some homework this evening.
I put 200 cards into boxes to be donated to Ronald McDonald House Wednesday. I still have more cards to put with envelopes. It will end up being 3 photo boxes worth of cards for them to use. Praise God for his many blessings.
Blessing of the day.....I celebrated Mother's Day with Tim and my kids and it was so much fun!
If you're a mom, I hope your day was great. I know that God gave me the most wonderful gift when he allowed me to become a mother, not once, but twice!
Thank you Father for entrusting your children to Tim and I. We are truly blessed.
Thank you for stopping by.
