Saturday Stamping With Jane's Toys

Today I spent some time with Jane stamping and using her toys from the Akron convention a few weeks ago. Here are two cards I made.  Both of the images are from Our Daily Bread Stamps.  The first is a poppy which was colored with Copic markers.  I used a rose embossing folder, some Nesties for a shape for the image and a gorgeous paper from Jane's scrap drawer.
This is the watering can from Our Daily Bread.  Both images were stamped then cut out using Daily Bread's die cut that matches the stamps.  Great idea and they look gorgeous.
I used white paper and embossed the watering can in brown.  Next I put borders on the paper in the back, which was from Jane's scrap drawer.  I added the paper and ribbon then the text and butterfly.
Here are the cards we made at Card Ministry Friday.  Some of these cards will be going to the Cleveland Ronald McDonald House Wednesday when we go to deliver dinner.  Some will be used as thank yous for my FIL to use.

I saw this on Facebook recently. Thank you to whomever posted it.
Seeing this makes me tear up a bit.  I used to sing this to my kids as I held them and rocked them.  What a precious time God allowed me to have with my kids.  It's amazing that God also allows us to revisit such sweet times like this with just a flash of words on a screen.  What a gracious and precious God we serve.

Tim and his BIL took Dad out to look as cars.  I think he decided on a Chevy Sonic.  Dad needs something to just get around town with.  We'll see how that goes.

My Blessing of the Day-Dad found a car, I stamped with Jane, and had dinner on the porch because of the beautiful weather here.
Thank you for stopping by.

Happy Mother's Day to you! Hope the weather is just as beautiful today as it was yesterday. ... I think we're going to spend part of today getting a new toilet. How fun is that!?!
