Sweet Memories and Cards For Causes

Here's a  card I made for the Tuesday Tea Party.  3/4 Tuesdays we make a card for someone who needs cheering up and the 4th week we make one for a SCS friend.  This is one of the new hostess sets called, Bloom With Hope.  I think it's going to be very popular.  I stamped with memento tuxedo black ink and colored with Copic markers.  The yellow flower was cut out and popped up on the corner.

This card was for the sketch challenge.  This is from the same set, Blooming With Hope.
This was my original sketch challenge card and I made a second card because I liked the sketch.  I used Copic Markers here also.
This is a new set called, World of Dreams.  This was for the Clean and Simple challenge where you were to do two-step-stamping.  I sponged the negative space then stamped on it with black ink.
This was for yesterday's color challenge.  There were 5 colors:white, black, bermuda bay, curry and strawberry slush.  I was using my new SU star mask.  Love how easily this blended the colors.

Monday's challenge was to paper piece.  I immediately thought of this Pure Innocence girl.  Her dress and balloon are paper pieced to match.
Today we had a wonderful creature habitat.  There were all sorts of birds at the feeders and critters under the feeder.  There were two little chipmunks and a squirrel with birds and I happened to catch the picture when the squirrel went after the chipmunk.  I couldn't get that picture if I tried.  Thanks God, I think this is a really cool picture.

At one point we had a male and female duck swimming and drinking from the pool.  I chased them off after I took the picture.  I wasn't sure if they'd get sick from the chlorine.
To close instead of a video I found a few pictures of Ben at the Parma House.  This is his first day in the brand new sandbox.  Tim made the sandbox and filled it will sand so the kids could play in it.  Ben's wearing his preschool graduation shirt with all of his friend's names on it.
This is after a cherry Popsicle, YUM!  We let Ben feed himself, but he had to wear a bib.
The pots and pans cupboard was a favorite for Ben.  He'd empty it and crawl in and play.  Memories are so sweet, aren't they?
Blessing of the Day: Got things done around here and have finished Day 2 of healthy eating.
Thanks for stopping by today.
Blessings,
