Once again, it's time to share my card for the Crafters of Faith Monthly Challenge. Here is the challenge that was posted.
Here is our challenge for this month:
August 2021 lovinpaper Scripture Psalm 118:24 This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. Challenge: We can use the verse for inspiration to make a happy card or an encouragement card.
This is an anniversary card for my DH. We've always known that the Lord brought us together and kept us together. We truly rejoice for God's hand in all of our marriage. We knew after a month that we wanted to be together for life. There were many whispers about this for sure. God has blessed us for 28 years in the second marriage. He has brought us through great and horrible times. It's made us grow closer and depend on each other more and more. There's no one else I'd rather be with, than DH.
This is a cute older couple still holding hands and walking and talking. I want to be like this after many more years together.
I've always smiled and commented each time I see an older couple holding hands. It's a blessing to see for sure.
The image was stamped then colored with Copic markers. It was then attached to the designer series paper then the card base. I always loved this Mo Manning image.
