A Fan Card

 Hey Everybody,

I'm back again and today I have a fan card for you. Check this out. Lisa's challenge to us is to make a fan card. Here is her challenge.

Keywords: WT1065
Stamps: All Zipped Up
Paper: white, petal pink, SU Painterly Pears designer series paper
Paper Size: A2
Ink: memento tuxedo black
Accessories: dimensionals, gold stickles
Techniques: Fan Card

It's basically measure and cut pieces then glue them together. I added a happy birthday sentiment and gold stickles to the flower centers. Once you have the paper cut, it's quick and easy to put together.

I have to tell you it certainly is a WOW card.  It's easier to make than you think. Once you've seen it done and do it yourself, you'll be making a lot of these.

Here's the video to make this card.

The designer series paper I used is called, Painterly Pears. Click on the name or the picture of the paper to see more details.
On each package Stampin' Up prints the colors that are in that paper package. This makes it easy to pull cardstock to go with your designer series paper.

Here are the colors:
Basic Beige, Darling Duckling, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Petal Pink, Secret Sea

If you look at my card, you'll see that I used petal pink for my card base. and white for the inside layer of my card.  I chose petal pink because the designer series paper that I was using was dark. I already had a lot of yellow and green in the paper so I chose the petal pink.
I could have used white for a card base as well.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you give this card a try.
Blessings,
Sue
