Macy's Inspiration

 Hey Everybody,

Today's challenge is to look at the Macy's website and find something as inspiration for a card.  As odd as it may seem, I chose this shoe.

I liked the weave and the color of the shoe. So I wove pink and gray designer paper together to form a center square pattern with 4 small squares. I dry embossed the paper to give it interest. I added rhinestones to match the stone in the flower center of the shoe. This will go on a patient
tray at a local hospital.
Keywords: IC1027
Stamps: May You Find Peace
Paper: black, basic gray, designer paper given to me
Paper Size: A2
Ink: memento tuxedo black
Accessories: rhinestones, Sunflower 3D embossing folder
Techniques: dry embossing, weaving

Have you ever made a card with inspiration from a shopping website?  It was an interesting challenge, I must say.
I remember a challenge where you found an inspiration in your home and made a card to go with it.  That might be another thing to try if you need ideas for a card to make.
Ideas are all around us.  Thanks for stopping by today.
Blessings,
Sue

This is beautiful! Looks like a cozy quilt. What a fun way to find inspiration. I must say, I've never tried that.

Clean and Simple Challenge

The challenge for today's card is to use weather. The challenge is also listed as clean and simple. So whatever you make for your card...
