Trusting the Lord and praying for Annie

Here's a card I made today for my twin sister. She called and told me she has to have surgery under her tongue to remove cancer. She's never smoked in her life so this is rare. She will have a pet scan to determine the extent of cancer. I know I need to trust in the Lord and to pray for his will. It's so hard to do in times like this.
I challenged myself to use gray in a card...gray cardstock, and gray watercolor crayons......This was definitely a challenge!
