Today started out with a BANG! I got the flu just as I was going to head out with my kids to school. What a long, long day! I was so sick, even stamping took too much energy and thought. I did feel a bit better tonight so I did a double challenge on Splitcoast. I did the technique lovers challenge using crayon resist and the color challenge, using celery, olive and vintage violet.
I am beginning to use the Cuttlebug for some of my cards. A good friend, Hope brought her bug for the day over the weekend, and my kids cranked out quite a few paper samples to use on cards. I am experimenting with inking some of the words which were dry embossed, like Happy Birthday. I like how it stands out better than way. I am having fun putting stamping and bugging together.
