Today here in Ohio, we hit 60 degrees and I had my office window open and recorded some birds in my big, berry bush singing and talking to each other. It's amazing that we're having this kind of weather November 29th! Lovin' it.
I made a few things tonight since I spent most of my day after church doing work things.
This is a card for a dear friend who lost her grandmother recently. Her grandmother lived a good, long life. She was 95 years old when she died. I love using the lacy border punches. That's all this is, no corner punch and border punch. I love the dove punch from MS. I can use it for many different kinds of cards. It's so simple and easy.
This is the card purse I made using the directions from Splitcoast. I think the ribbon handles are a bit long, but that's what the tutorial called for. I used I Wish Christmas scrapbook kit for the designer paper and stickers on this purse. This should hold about 4 cards and envelopes. It makes a cute, cute, cute, gift for any occasion.
Well it's raining here and it's time to go to sleep so I can get up tomorrow and go to work. Yes, Hope, you can snicker at me having to get up early tomorrow. You do too I think. It's been a nice, relaxing time here at home. I'm back to work to get things done before we wrap up another month here. I can't believe 2010 is just around the corner. Our family celebrates some birthdays in December; my sister Patty's is Dec. 1st, my twin Anne and I share Dec. 13th, and Sarah Annie's is Dec. 30th.
Bless you for visiting tonight and my God grant you peace, grace, mercy and love.
