Mail from Two Other Countries

When was the last time you got mail from another country, let alone TWO other countries? I've never had that happen. Well today I got a card from a lady in Canada and one from New Zealand.

Look at the cute card from Laurie all the way from Canada. Wow this is foreign country mail day! Look at all the details Laurie put into this card. Look at the ribbon, glitter and charms, oh my. Laurie you made my day today. To think you would put so much time and love into a card to send to someone you don't know. Bless you and may you continue to bless people with your cards.

Look at the darling dalmation card from Kim which arrived today all the way from New Zealand! In case you're not familiar where that is, it's down under by Australia! Kim what a lot of work you put into this card for me. I love it and all the spots! You made my day today extra special. Bless you for sending this half-way around the world to someone you don't know. You are an extraordinary woman. Thank you so much.

Here are some of my creations to share with you today.  This is called a tilt card.  The turtle is mounted on two pennies that enable it to rock back and forth.  Isn't this just the cutest image to use this for?  This is the first time I've done this technique and I will be trying it again soon.  It is part of the Splitcoast technique challenge for today.

Here are 10 cards I made using a One Sheet Wonder technique.  This cards will go into the box that I made a few days ago.

This is a card holder I made the the Physical Therapist that worked with me to get me strong enough to walk after surgery.  It has 4 cards and envelopes in it.

Check out these beautifully colored flowers and the card to go with it.  It is from one of my son's friends and her mom.  THanks Lindsey.

Check out the video for today.........I know it's from the Olympics but I like the words and the title: I Believe
Do YOU believe?

Sue it was so nice to hear from you! Thank you so much for the sweet birthday wishes! She has come SO far on such a blessed path, and still thinks her birthday should be celebrated for the rest of the month. I loved reading your comment as I still have all the cards she's ever received. What a blessing that you came into my life then! I would love your address, please? I hope you have a more restful night. HUGS!
