My Stamping Therapy

It's no kidding, I am stamping each day for therapy for my mood.  Do you know what it's like to be on one floor with only certain chairs you can sit in?  You can't drive and you can't go up or down steps?  That's been what it's been like for the past 13 days.  Granted I love it far more than being in the hospital.  It's been so hot I can't even go out on the screened in back porch.

Here are a few cards I made in the last two days.

I embossed the mambo with textile textures folder. I stamped the flower in versa mark then used cotton swabs to brush and dab the pastels over the versamark. I sponged the area with razzleberry and added brads to the flower centers. I used razzleberry lemonade as my designer paper. I used the dotted scallop ribbon border punch and turned each over to use the other side. I added adhesive to the borders and put dazzling diamonds on the borders. Dimensionals were used for the image and saying.

This is a card holder which holds 4 cards and 4 envys. It is for the Home Health Care Nurse who has been taking care of me since I came home from the hospital. Her last day is Friday and I wanted to let her know how much I appreciated her attention to details and her kindness.
These are the cards and envys in side the holder I made. The 4 cards each have something different stamped on the front. Each envy has a hydrangia stamped on the bottom, left corner. I hope my nurse will like it.

This is a retirement card for a woman I work with. I used the embossing folder leafy branch on razzleberry paper. I stamped off the colored image then stamped it on white cardstock. The image was colored with razzleberry and olive markers. I added pearls from SU.

Thanks for stopping by today.  As you can see this therapy is good for me! LOL It's NOT hard like my Physical Therapy.
Bless you for stopping by.
