Shopping, Cards and Exhaustion

You have to take a look at the gorgeous card I got in the mail yesterday.
Look at the gorgeous card I got from Patty H. Oh my, I'm not sure if you can see the wire she put on this card, but it's amazing. It is held by brads. How ingenious is that? Thank you Patty for making my day with this spectacular card. Bless you my friend.
This is the card that I made for the Limited Supply challenge today.  We had to do a faux wood card.  When I do this kind of card I usually think, masculine card.  Today I went ahead and made a feminine card.  See what you think.
I colored with markers for the image then punched it out with the 2 3/8" scallop circle punch. Then did the words in espresso and used the small scallop punch. I wanted the bow in the bottom right and used pearls to balance that.

It has been just a beautiful day.  The house has been opened, I got to sit out on the screened in porch  and just enjoy listening to the birds sing their songs.  I watched the yellow and black butterflies dance into and out of my butterfly bush.  It's so nice to be able to enjoy nature again.
I went shopping this morning and I think I did too much.  My hip is throbbing......need to put ice on it.
Ooops, I've got to get better at figuring out how much to do ya know?  next time I'll get one of the electric carts to drive all over the store.  Except I don't like the loud beeping noise it makes when I back up, lol..........

Thanks for stopping by today.  I hope your day has been wonderful.  Tomorrow p.t. for an hour.  That will tire me out for sure.  I'll be taking a nap after that.

I'm so glad you liked it Sue. It has been a long time, since I went in my Stampin room and I was determined to make you a card first.
