Stamping Sunday Lovely Sunday Stamping With Jane

So today was an interesting day.  Last night I fell asleep at 4 p.m. and woke up at 1:30 a.m.  I've stayed up all day and even got a second wind here in the last few hours.  I have been working on cards at Jane's today and some of the cutest are Hedgie Graduation. These will be for sale at the church on Father's Day where all proceeds will go to the Sr. High Peru Missions Trip.  When a stamp is cute it is more fun to make cards like this.  Jane and I giggled each time I'd work on one of these cards.  As you can see I used my Nestabilities.  I've been making these assembly line fashion.  I colored them then cut the shapes out then decorator paper, the embossing and finally the words.  It's been quite a process but well worth it.
 Here they are:
I stamped all day with Jane.  She has done an incredible job on her Stamping room.  Just last weekend I was with her and since then she's taken all of her stamps and sorted them by occasion or like stamps, put them into boxes, then filed them into cloth drawers with labels on them.  She even made magnet holders for all of her Nestabilities.  She even labeled them!  I haven't even labeled my Nesties! LOL   Her cloth drawers are stored according to how often she uses them.  Those that she doesn't use much like Christmas are on the bottom row.  Birthday and Thank You are on the top Row.  I told her mine are alphabetized!  That's just how I am! LOL  She says she thinks she's spending too much time with me because now everything is organized better.  She even took her accessories and have put them into boxes and labeled them.  I must say she's been busy doing all of this.
Today was the payoff too.  When we needed different stamps, we could go right to the box and find all of the stamps for birthday and look through the choices, use them and put them away.  She said it was the first time she's stamped in an area larger than 3x5 inches! LOL
I'm proud of you Jane.  Seems like you'll use you things more now that you have them organized.  Today Jane made 5 cards, all different and spectacular in their own way.  I'm so proud of you Jane!
Tomorrow is Memorial Day.  I continue to pray for the veterans and their families both past and present.  May God continue to watch over and protect them.
Blessings,

Your cards are so cute! Love all the different ways your embossed them as well as how you colored those little critters. The proceeds are going to a great cause. Hope your sleeping pattern gets back to "normal."
