Monday Monday it's almost 80 degrees here in Cleveland!

It's Monday evening and I'm still amazed how beautiful this weather is. We've had some nasty thunderstorms with lots of rain and flooding in some areas. We're up high so no worries. Friday night I went to the Natalie Grand and Chonda Pierce concert at church. What an amazing evening. The concert went from 7-10:30. Chonda had us laughing harder than we've laughed in a long time. Natalie Grant's voice is so beautiful and captivating. She was truly amazing. You got lost in her songs. This is one of the songs she sung. She is going to be in a movie this summer and sing this song. The movie has almost 20 songs written by her husband. I can't remember the name of the movie, but will look for it. Take a listen and concentrate on the words. It's beautiful....

Here are some cards from the weekend. This was a card from Sunday's challenge on SCS.  You had to pick a card from the chosen ladies' gallery and change a few things.  Here's mine.  I brayered this and sponged with a dauber before adding the deer.

This is the one I made for today's challenge.  You had to crop an image with a die cutting shape.  I chose to cut off the vase these flowers were in. The colorful paper is also a sample from the new Summer Smooches paper that will be available April 1st.

Today was another beautiful day in Cleveland.  It's time to finish laundry then head to sleep.  I stayed up until about 1:30 doing this card and had to get up at 6:30. ugghhh, it wasn't pretty this morning.
