Got The Dress!

We went to David's Bridal in Strongsville today and Rachel found her dress!  It is so pretty.  There were only a few dresses I didn't like on her.  She's a size 0 or 1 so anything she put on looked amazing!  She looked for dresses with her sisters and mother and Sarah felt a bit out of the loop there so we looked at dresses together.  Sarah saw one and fell in love with it.  I loved it too.  We told Tim we found the dress now we just have to find the guy! LOL

Today we will go for her fitting so the seamstress can pull and tuck and make it fit just right.  Two weeks from yesterday is the wedding.

I looked at dresses but didn't try anything on.  I will do that on my own sometime this week.  The girls are going to look Tuesday for dresses. I will get to go on that trip as well so Sarah and Rachel have a ride and Sarah has a way to pay for her dress.

I made a card for today's challenge on Splitcoast.  Gabby was the featured stamper this week so we looked through her gallery and found something we wanted to reproduce with several changes to make it ours.

I need to put my life verse into effect right now.  Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

Today Rachel went to a family birthday party.  When most had gone home she texted for a ride home to our house.  When we got there we had to wait.  Come to find out her Mother and Brother had been yelling at her and her brother blocked the door so she couldn't leave.  There was nothing we could do because we didn't know she was in there against her will.  She came out crying 15 minutes later.

Because her family has made so much trouble with this the pastor that was going to marry Ben and Rachel has backed out...........................Now we need to find a pastor who will marry them.  

I need to trust in the Lord no matter what happens and learn to thank God in all circumstances.  Praise you God for the good and bad times.
