We got things purchased and washed then put where they belonged in his apartment. He and Rachel did this after Sarah and I took things out of packages or bags and left them on the counter.
Thursday evening we were going to see Despicable Me 2 and drove to where we thought it was. It wasn't playing there. We got something to eat then went in search of a theater that was playing it.
We looked it up and found it at another theater. When we got there they said they had dropped some of the movies because they were showing special movies. So once again we couldn't see the movie. We drowned our sorrows in a frozen yogurt place where you fill you cup with yogurt then add toppings. Yum! I really loved that ending to a day. :)
We all went to see Despicable Me 2 Friday night and had lots of fun watching it. A great family time.
Here's a view from the balcony on the front of Ben's apartment.
This is the view across from Ben's apartment. There is a field where horses live. We saw two each day. Sure beats looking at the brick wall of another apartment! Ben's on the second floor which is nice except the 18 stairs inside that it takes to get there!
Here is the speed limit sign we saw on one of their toll roads. Unbelievable! Tim loved it and so did Ben.
Here's a card I made to honor Heidi the new featured stamper on SCS.
Here's a first at our feeder. We've NEVER had 2 hummingbirds eat at the same time. They are very territorial and usually chase each other away so they can eat alone.
I have to say I cried several times today. It was hard to leave Ben in Austin, Texas. Even his texts made me cry. I made sure I had tissues for the ride to the airport for Rachel and myself.
I know God wants Ben where he is and I have to be okay with that too. It's another stage in life.
Blessing of the Day:We got home from Austin without difficulties.
Thanks for stopping by.
Blessings,

Sending you a big hug! It's hard to let our "babies" grow up and be on their own. Sounds like you have had quite a few changes in your life lately. I pray that God will be extra close to you as you enter this next season.
