Is There Anything More Annoying?

Is there anything more annoying that trying to work with a pharmacy, a doctor's office and an insurance company?
I've had new insurance since I retired September 1st. Oh my goodness what a major hassle.  First I had to change pharmacies, my insurance couldn't go through Walgreens on the corner.  I had to go to CVS which is a half mile away.  Then at CVS I had major issues trying to get my prescriptions through.  Part of this was due to the volume of orders they deal with and part of it is they weren't so helpful when I asked questions.  I was told by the techs to call my dr. or call my insurance.  I did several times then I just asked to speak to the pharmacist on duty.

Here we are November 4th and I finally got my approval for one of my meds to get 45 tabs a month instead of 30!  I called the dr.'s office again and the lady remembered handling the situation once.  She called the pharmacy directly and talked to the pharmacist and got it all straightened out!  Praise God for Dee!  I told her she made my day and it's only 10:30!  She was happy to hear that.

I am still not happy that I can't go to Walgreens but I'm going to pray that my insurance will be accepted there sometime soon.

I've been making cards and have a few to show you.
The first card is for a Queen For The Day challenge.  I had fun with the layout and added a cute House Mouse stamp.  There is faux layering on this card.  The rectangles have marker on the edges to make it look like another layer.
This card was made for the Inspiration Challenge today where you had to mix a bit of glue with water and paint it on your cardstock.  Then you stamp on the cardstock with a background stamp.  Wash the stamp off right away.  The take a damp towel and add ink, then wipe it off.  My only success with this was the white strip at to bottom of the page. I did this a couple of times and finally got  something that showed up.
Here's one of the cards we'll do at my stamp camp this month. It is an emboss resist card.
This is another card that we'll be doing at my stamp camp.  Can't wait.
This song kind of says how I was feeling today.

Then my dear friend Val came by and that all changed.  I can see Val every month or so and still feel like we pick up where we left off last time.  It's amazing.  I told her how I was feeling and she prayed for me the whole way to her friend's house, then let me know via Facebook.  I'm so blessed that God brought us together.

Blessing of the day:Val's visit
Thank you for stopping by.
Blessings,
