It's So Good To See There Are Caring People Still Out There

I am so happy to see that there are still great people out there who do something for others.
Check out what these guys did in Chicago.  I've never done anything like this have you?  The closest I've come is to serve meals to people. How about you, have you ever fed the homeless?  Something to think and pray about isn't it?

I was able to make some cards today.  I worked on household things and when I took breaks I stamped.
This first card was for two challenges:The inspiration Challenge and the Cause of the Month card.

My inspiration for this was http://www.charmcitycakes.com/gallery/stacked
I glued the sunburst shapes onto my card then added the greeting after sponging with indigo. This is also for the Cause of the Month where cards will be sent to elderly who can't get out to get their own cards.

Congratulations to Ruth  for being the Queen For The Day. I knew right away what card I wanted to use from her gallery. Here was my inspiration. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...&ppuser=166539
I stamped images, and punched them out. I sponged the edges then cut squares 1 1/2" and layered them. I sponged the embossed sheet with a sponge. I made the bow and added the rhinestone.

I might look into making multiples of this for some of my Christmas cards.
Check out this amazingly talented 3 year old.  He's definitely been given an artistic ability by God.
We get an extra hour tonight so I have to remember to turn back my clocks.
Blessing of the Day: Got to skype with Ben and got lots of cleaning done.
Thanks for stopping by.
Blessings,
