Birds, Snowman, Below Zero, Day 1

Today in Cleveland we woke to below zero temperatures which ranged from -13 to -25.  All schools were cancelled for today.  It was nasty, nasty, nasty.  I don't remember this kind of cold in Cleveland.  It's been a long time since it's been this cold.

We will see what tomorrow will bring.  Conflicting reports.  Some say snow and low temps and some say temps in the teens.  Once you have a surprise day off you want more. I'm volunteering and still I want another day off!!  It never changes!

These gorgeous bird photos were taken by a friend and she posted these on her blog.  Look at the detail on the female.  There is a drop of water on her beak and a small snowflake on her back.  Top feathers also have melted snow on them.

This is the card I made using the sketch from Wednesday's Splitcoast challenge.  Isn't this the sweetest snowman?  It is a Sweet N Sassy Snowman. SNSS added dies for this stamp set which cuts out the snowman, a heart and the star from the set.  Love it!!
Here's Matthew West singing his latest single called, Day 1.  It's so new that the only version is a live version without words.

Blessing of the Day: I got a lot of things done today.
Thank you for stopping by.
Blessings,
