August Follow-Up and September Classes

 Hey Everybody,

Here we are at the end of another week of classes. Here is the Class Follow-Up and Class Schedule for September. I can't believe I'm saying September.

Thank you once again for another fun-filled and learning-filled week of classes.

I love spending time with you and learning from your experiences. You are such a creative bunch of friends.

Blessings,

Sue

Stampin’ Up now has a blog full of great information and ideas. Here is the link.

Products Discussed In Some Classes:

 Pear Blossom Press-T-Square for A7 cards. I chose A7 because the A2 cards I make have either a 1/8" or 1/4" border.

Cardmaker’s T-square   $9.99

With a zero center and bright pink dots to mark thirds (both landscape and portrait), the Cardmaker’s T-square is the perfect tool for lining up images and sentiments! Available for A2 and A7 cards.

Flip the ruler over to use the jigs. Simply slip your card base into the inner corner of the jig and use the outer corner to line up card front panels. Jigs can be used with any size card base. Jigs inspired by designer Jenn Gross; follow her for more inspiration @journeycoachjenn! (See full description below for jig sizes.)

New or Revisited Ideas:

  •  Stamping on designer series paper as in card 3.
  • Stamping on colored cardstock as in card 1.
  • Stamping and cardstock placement to the right or left instead of center.
  • Inking up the inside where your sentiment will go

We now have opportunities to donate cards to three different facilities

Stamping Opportunities:

     1. Southwest General Hospital -Cards are placed on meal trays.

(No envelope is needed. Stamp something on the inside please.)

* NEW-Cut down on the number of Get Well cards.

Instead try these: you're in my thoughts,   I've been thinking about you,     I'm sending you positive thoughts, Thinking of You, Hang in there.  They still can use Baby and Holiday cards.

2. Broadview Multi-Care Facility- Cards for residents and staff to use.
