Hey Everybody,
Our color challenge by Diane is to use peach pie, petunia pop and old olive. Dessert is any color twine. You can find the challenge here.
I used the 4 stencils that come with this Waffle Flower Fall Stencil set and all of our colors plus a neutral which was pecan pie.
I used a flossing needle to sew the twine into the corner. I added wink of stella for the black color. Note to self, let it sit before removing the stencil.
I layered the white image panel onto petunia pop then onto a pecan pie card base.

I may have to try using this the next time I use these stencils.
As many times as I've used this type of stencil, I've never thought to use just one of the stencils in multiple colors on my card. I'm going to have to look at these stencils again and see how else I can use them.
I've taken the template and used other stamps in it, which is fun to do. It helps you use more of your smaller stamps.
There is a stamp set that goes with the stencils. You don't have to have them but they add nicely to the card.
Have you ever used this type of stencil set? Have you used just the die and other stamps for it?This is the type of set that enables you to get creative.
Well, thanks for stopping by today. If you don't have this type of stencil, maybe you have a regular stencil that you can use creatively. Have Fun doing it.
Hope to see you again soon.
Blessings,
Sue
