Color Challenge

 Hey Everybody,

Barbara's challenge of colors can be found here. The colors to use are daffodil delight, melon mambo and pumpkin pie.

I stamped with Memento tuxedo black ink then colored with Copic Markers and a few Zig clean color real brushes. I used blending brushes to color the sand, water and sky. I used the cloud die cut to make clouds, I used torn paper to make the waves. I stamped the birds in the sky with memento tuxedo black ink. I added the sentiment in black ink as well. I used clear
wink of stella on the sand to make it sparkle.

Keywords: CC1067 beach sand shells
Stamps: Beautiful Moments
Paper: white, black
Ink: memento tuxedo black, balmy blue, so saffron, saharah sand
Accessories: blending brushes, torn cardstock, scissors, cloud die cut
Techniques: ink blending, coloring, fussy cutting

I really like using this stamp even though it's an older stamp. It reminds me of my twin sister. We're closer than either of our other sisters.  Some people ask me what it's like having a twin.  I reply, "I don't know, "What is it like NOT having a twin?"

Anyway, that's my card for today.  What can you make using these colors?  Sometimes I look for designer series paper with some of the colors in them, to start.  Other times when I see the colors to use, I think of things that have those colors. Do you have a system you use when given a color challenge?

Thanks for stopping by. I hope to see you again soon.

Blessings,

Sue
