Community Fun

Saturday my kids and I went to a church where we were able to enjoy some fun and some food. The dunk tank was especially fun to watch and participate in. Our school's Community Business partner this year is a church. Our school was invited to the fun which raised money for our school and another school as well.

This is for the family of Super Sam, the 18 year old who recently died of cancer. I know she's in a better place but leaves a grieving family behind. I used the stamps from Kitchen Sink, the Hydrangea's in orange colors which I used for Friday's SCS challenge as well. The celery paper was crimped and run through the back of the image panel. The celery paper was attached with glue dots so it wouldn't flatten and the saying was added with dimensionals. I love the effect of the wrought iron corners. Washington Apples is the design paper I chose to use with this as well. Prayers of peace and healing go out to Super Sam's family.

Please pray that Sammi's family finds comfort in this dark, difficult time.
