Praise God My Open House Was A Success!

I have been so blessed by God.  He helped me get ready for the Open House even down to the last plate and fork brought out.  I had 9 ladies lots of orders and lots of retired stamps leaving my house today.  I am so thankful to God for His hand in this.  Two ladies had enough to have their own workshop.  We had lots of fun.  I had prizes which Sarah wrapped and numbered.  As ladies came in, they got a numbered ticket if they RSVP'd and if they brought a friend, they got another numbered ticket.  They also put their name on a ticket and throughout the Open House we drew names for free stamp sets.  They liked that part a lot.  The ladies did two cards and colored with watercolor crayons, a bird.  I'll have to take a picture of them tomorrow, as tonight I need to get to sleep.
  I need to be up early in the morning to get cards and other items to church to sell them for the next missions trip that church members are going on.
After that, I can rest! LOL
  I am dying to get back to putting together cards I'm in the middle of.  I have lots of them.  The past two weeks I've been making only Stampin' Up cards for samples at the Open House.  It's amazing how much influence samples can have.  I sold several sets that I used on the cards they made today and several of the button buddies because of the samples.
   It was an amazing afternoon that flew by.  Even if ladies didn't know each other, around the stamping tables there was lots of talk, laughter and fun.  I truly enjoy this job, if you can call it that! LOL
  I told a woman today that this is my idea of fun.  Doing something I love, meeting wonderful women, sharing God's love, and making long-time friends as well, all while stamping!.
