It's Wednesday already. Where does the time go? I've spent the last few days going driving with Sarah. She's determined to get her license so we have to put in 50 hours of driving with her. Since I'm home with her it's easier for me to take her out. Tim leaves his car at home and we do errands or make errands up! LOL Last night we drove to Pat Catans to let me look at stamping stuff! That was my reward for taking her out driving. Then we went to Menchie's for a little frozen yogurt! Maybe next time we'll get donuts or pizza!
This is a new stamp from Sweet N Sassy stamps. It's called Poppies and Greetings. This card was for SCS color challenge. The colors were garden green, pistachio and crisp cantaloupe. I love the ribbon and wish they hadn't discontinued it.
Here is the same stamp set where I used pink for the flowers with lilac paper and retired SU designer paper. This was for today's sketch challenge. I turned the sketch and like how it turned out.
This is for Tea Pot Tuesday. We were to make a card for a soldier and send it to him.
This card was for the Technique Lover's Challenge. You had to ink up an embossing folder and stamp with it. I used distress inks on this and spritzed with water.
This is one of my favorite cards with the retiring SU sunflower. Jane let me borrow this. I wanted this stamp too late to get it. I should have gotten it when it first came out. I kept thinking it was a background stamp and wasn't really big enough for a background............oh well. Maybe Jane will forget I have her stamp! Tee-hee! Probably not.....
Here are a couple of shirts we saw when on vacation in Arizona. Tim and I got a kick out of them. I'm sure the kids did not!
Take a listen to this song by OBB called, All Eyes On You.
Blessing of the Day:Tim worked on the heater for the pool and things are going well with getting this new one hooked up.
Thanks for stopping by.
Blessings,
