7 years ago today, Ben and Rachel were married. I can't believe it's been that long already! God bless you two as you continue to serve God with your ministry work. Your love of people, especially kids, is amazing. You are changing lives and glorifying God with what you do. We love you so much~
Their wedding had the best weather. It was sunny and very comfortable outside. They were married in a little chapel in Olmsted Falls. It was hectic for me. I had asked a friend to pin corsages on people and give the ladies their bouquets. Well, she forgot, so I had to do that running around. We had to set up the candle they'd light and a heart jar where they both poured a different color of sand that blended together. It was pretty and has been a great keepsake for them.
After their wedding, we walked down the street to the reception. The place was perfectly laid out. One room was the bar and appetizers. The other room was set up so we could eat. We all had a fun afternoon. When it was over Tim and I had lots of left-overs to take to the car. We were home by 5 and collapsed after food was refrigerated.
Here is my lantana plant. It blooms late summer. The colors are just stunning. I cut it back at the beginning of summer and it becomes bushy and full of flowers by summer's end.
Verse of the Day:1 John 2:15-17
Blessings of the Day: Tim made dinner tonight. We also watched the Cleveland Indians game.
They beat the Kansas City Royals 5-2.
Thanks for stopping by.
Blessings,
Bensarmom
