Tired, Long Day, Good News

Whew, what a long but got lots done day it was!

I had P.T. this morning and she worked me hard and got me set with a report to the surgeon about my progress. I have made progress in range of motion, walking, strength and balance. I do have more to do but I was happy with the progress I've made. I can walk more without my cane. I can also get rid of the precautions they gave me like bending past 90degrees, crossing my legs, (Do you know how hard it's been to NOT cross my legs even at the ankles?!) and twisting or turning at the waist.

So of course I was thrilled with this news and I got started on organizing some things and I think I over did it. I am so tired right now I can't believe it.

However I did have time to do the technique lovers challenge today on SCS.

This is my take on this challenge. thanks Lynn for another great challenge. It's taken three tries but I finally have one I like......my sunflowers! I surrounded the oval with leaves which went around the oval but they don't look like an oval. Oh well, this was stamped on shiny cardstock so I had to dry it with my heat tool so I could get it done.

I praise God for allowing me to move forward in my recovery from hip replacement. I thank Him for being with me each step of the way. I thank my family as well.

Thanks for stopping in to see how we're doing.
