I'm Worn

Feeling this way today, and need to take it to God.  I know that hearing this song is helping me and a good night's sleep will help as well.

I  have had an interesting day.  I couldn't understand things I was told today and it changed how the rest of my evening went.  I know I just need to take it to God and talk it out with the person involved. Please pray that I can find the words to say to that person and rid myself of these feelings.

I did make a few cards today. I love to color and lately I've been using my Copic markers.  Stampin' Up has gotten rid of their watercolor pencils and crayons.  I'm wondering if they will come out with something else other than markers to color with.    This is a retired set that lends itself to coloring.  Would love to be where this girl is wouldn't you?

 This poppy is a reminder of flowers in my mom's garden as I was growing up.  I loved those flowers.  Isn't it funny the things we remember from our childhood?  Just seeing a poppy this orange color reminds me of being a kid.  Do you have things like that which remind you of things from your past?

 I was thrilled to find this tonight as I really needed it.  It was a reminder from God that I'm His and I've been fearfully and wonderfully made no matter what Satan tells me tonight.  You are too, you know that?

Tonight at church we had a thank you dinner for working at Ladies Latte once a month.  It was a fun gathering of ladies with joy, laughter, and of course eating!  Latte is a once a month gathering of 400 or so women to hear a message from the pastor's wife, enjoy food like pies, and veggies, then do a round table discussion with the ladies at your table.  I go home feeling so good after each one.

The weather here in Cleveland has been cool and rainy lately and I'm hoping it will warm up soon.  We've had our pool ready to swim in since Memorial Day week and still haven't been able to swim in it.

Time to get some sleep or another card done.  LOL  I love being able to make cards when I want to and stay up as late as I want to and get up as late as I want to.  That's called Summer Vacation! LOL
